A growing UCaaS provider is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business across the Thames Valley and wider South East. UCaaS experience is essential for this role.
About the Role
You will identify, develop and close new business opportunities within your territory. Working with a well-established UCaaS platform and strong support team you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to signed contract
- Engage with IT Directors, Operations Directors and business owners at SMB and Mid-Market businesses
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored proposals
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM
What We Are Looking For
- UCaaS experience is essential — candidates without unified communications experience will not be considered
- Proven track record of new business development with consistent quota attainment
- Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Market buyers in a consultative manner
- Strong territory management and self-generation of pipeline
- Based within commutable distance of the Thames Valley

- £50,000 base salary with OTE of £70,000
