About the Role
A well-funded technology business is looking for a senior Data Presales Architect to join its growing enterprise sales team on a fully remote basis. You will act as the primary technical authority in enterprise sales engagements, working alongside the Account Executive team to win complex data platform deals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading the technical elements of enterprise sales engagements for data platform deals
- Designing and presenting custom data architecture solutions to technical and business stakeholders
- Running proof-of-concept and pilot programmes for enterprise prospects
- Responding to technical RFPs and security questionnaires
- Acting as a bridge between the sales team and the product and engineering organisation
What We Are Looking For
- Significant experience in a presales, solution architecture or technical consulting role focused on data
- Deep knowledge of modern data stack technologies including cloud data platforms, ETL and analytics tooling
- Proven ability to engage both technical and senior business stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex procurement processes
- UK-based with willingness to travel to client sites occasionally
