We are recruiting a Sales Manager for a high-growth FinTech business based in Reading. The company operates in the payments and financial infrastructure space, working with enterprise clients across financial services, retail and e-commerce. This is a senior commercial hire as the business prepares for its next phase of scale.
Following a successful Series B raise, the business is building out its enterprise sales function and needs an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of account executives targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will work closely with the CRO and be a key part of the commercial leadership team.
A base salary of £70,000 with a realistic OTE of £110,000. The business also offers equity participation, 27 days holiday, private healthcare, pension and flexible hybrid working from their Reading headquarters.
