We are recruiting a Sales Manager for a well-regarded professional services business based in Reading. The company provides outsourced HR, legal support and compliance advisory services to SME clients across the UK. This is a new role created in response to strong growth and the need for structured commercial leadership.
The business has grown largely through referral and reputation to date but is now ready to invest in a structured outbound commercial function. The Sales Manager will be the first dedicated sales leader in the business, tasked with building and running a small team of business development executives while also generating personal revenue.
A base salary of £55,000 with a realistic OTE of £80,000, 25 days holiday, pension and genuine autonomy to build something from the ground up within a business that has a strong reputation and a clear growth plan.
