We are working with a fast-growing SaaS business based in Reading that is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to lead and develop their UK commercial team. This is a player-manager role for someone who is ready to step up into leadership without leaving the front line entirely.
The business has grown consistently over the last three years and is now at the point where the sales team needs structure, coaching and direction to reach the next level. You will inherit a team of four BDMs and two SDRs with a clear mandate to improve performance, reduce ramp time for new starters and grow revenue through a combination of new business and account expansion.
A base salary of £65,000 with a realistic OTE of £95,000 in year one. The business also offers equity options, 25 days holiday, private healthcare and a genuine career path to VP Sales as the team scales.
